The fastest ways to reach us

For coupon corrections (a code that didn't work, a price that doesn't match the offer, a store that's no longer carrying the product), email corrections@groceryslash.example with the coupon URL and a quick note. We re-verify within 24 hours and either update the entry or pull it.

For store-coverage requests, email stores@groceryslash.example with the chain name, the region you shop in, and a link to that chain's coupon page or weekly circular. We prioritize requests by reader volume.

For press, partnerships, advertising, and affiliate inquiries, email press@groceryslash.example. Please include media kit links, audience size, and a short pitch. We respond to qualified inquiries within three business days.

What to include in your message

The more detail you give us, the faster we can help. For coupon-related notes, include the URL of the coupon page, the store, and what happened at checkout. For store requests, tell us your ZIP code so we can look at regional circulars. For press inquiries, include a link to your outlet and a publication deadline if there is one.

What we can't help with

We're not a customer service line for any retailer. If a store cashier refused a coupon, the right next step is the store's customer service desk, not GrocerySlash. We don't issue coupons ourselves โ€” we just track the ones that exist โ€” so we can't replace a coupon that didn't work or refund a difference at the register. We also don't reset retailer loyalty programs, recover lost rewards points, or process app login issues.
