Terms of Use

Acceptance

By accessing GrocerySlash you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Coupon accuracy disclaimer

GrocerySlash is an independent aggregator. Coupon listings in our directory are illustrative samples drawn from a publicly modeled dataset (see the note in the footer of every page), and coupon availability, terms, and expiration dates can change at any time without notice from the issuing retailer or manufacturer. We are not responsible for coupons that fail to apply at checkout, codes that are no longer valid, or differences between the discount listed on this site and the discount applied at the register. The retailer's terms always control.

You are responsible for reviewing each coupon's terms before relying on it for a purchase decision. If a coupon doesn't work, the next step is the issuing retailer's customer service — not GrocerySlash — though we do appreciate corrections sent to our contact address.

Affiliate and advertising disclosure

GrocerySlash currently contains no affiliate links. If we introduce them in the future — for example to cashback apps or rewards credit cards — we will disclose them here and on the page, and we will not let affiliate relationships influence which coupons we feature or how we rank them.

We do not currently display third-party advertising. If that changes, ads will be clearly distinguishable from editorial content.

Trademarks

Retailer names, logos, and trademarks (including "Kroger," "Walmart," "Target," "Aldi," "Whole Foods," and others) are the property of their respective owners. GrocerySlash is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the retailers listed in our directory. We use these marks only to describe coupons and deals available at those retailers, in accordance with U.S. nominative fair use principles.

User submissions

If you submit a coupon correction, store suggestion, or other feedback to GrocerySlash, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, and publish that submission as part of the site. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Limitation of liability

GrocerySlash is provided "as is." We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the coupons listed will produce any particular savings. To the maximum extent allowed by law, GrocerySlash and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
